The Cathedral is delighted to welcome you and invites you to enter where spirituality and culture meet. Take the time to reflect, contemplate the architecture and discover the living history of this unique place. May this moment nourish your spirit and open your heart.

Holy Week and Easter: no reservations are available during these days. To allow as many faithful as possible to come and pray, we kindly suggest planning your visit at another time. On the forecourt, separate entrances are provided for liturgical services and Masses, allowing worshippers to enter more peacefully. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the celebration begins — arriving earlier is not necessary.

The Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris is open to all, freely and free of charge, regardless of the purpose of your visit.
This optional access reservation system is designed solely to streamline entry and reduce unnecessary waiting on the forecourt.

Separate entrances are provided for services and Masses, allowing worshippers to enter more peacefully.

Vespers and the evening Mass are typically broadcast worldwide via KTO Television.

The Cathedral is usually open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day, and until 10pm on Thursdays.
Opening times may vary for special events. Read more

On weekdays, Masses are celebrated at 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Numerous celebrations enhance weekends and feast days

Groups

Pilgrim groups will be able to register online starting April 2025.

Visitor groups will be able to book their access from April 2025.
