We are pleased to assist you in organizing your group visit.

We are now fully booked for July, August, and September, regardless of group size.

Important information

For all groups, a reservation is required in order to speak inside the cathedral. Without a reservation, no speaking is permitted.
The visit must be conducted by a professional licensed tour guide (independent from the cathedral). The guide must wear their professional ID visibly throughout the visit.
Audio headsets are mandatory and must be rented from the cathedral’s approved provider (rental duration set at 1h30, including the exterior façade).
Time allowed inside the cathedral: maximum 1 hour.
Once your booking has been confirmed, the selected date can no longer be modified.

Appropriate dress code required:

Shoulders and midriff must be covered, thighs partially covered, clothing must not be transparent, and men are not allowed to wear hats inside. Access will be denied in case of non-compliance.

Only reservations made through this official website are valid and free of charge. No intermediary is authorized to offer or sell access to the cathedral.

In case of non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions of Use, all affected reservations will be cancelled without prior notice.

Attention !

Only licensed guides holding a national guide card, as well as teachers, are authorized to conduct guided visits inside the Cathedral.

All reservations are firm and final on the visitor’s part. The Cathedral reserves the right to cancel a visit if necessary for operational reasons.

Use of this system implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Each user agrees to make reservations only for their own groups, in accordance with current regulations and the Cathedral’s internal rules.
Any misuse — such as repeated or excessive bookings limiting access for other visitors, resale of time slots, or false information — may result in the suspension or cancellation of the related reservations.
The cathédral reserves the right to cancel any visit in case of misuse, abuse, or necessity related to its mission.
To ensure fair access, users may not make more than 30 group reservations per quarter.

Practical information

Please respect the areas reserved for prayer and silence.

It is strictly forbidden to stop or speak in front of the reliquary of the Crown of Thorns, or to enter the choir or any chapels clearly marked as reserved.

Mass is celebrated daily at 8 a.m., 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., and Vespers are sung at 5:30 p.m.
